An unexpectedly hard shot by Roddie Bartholomew in the 12th minute of play forced Velez Capo's goalkeeper Emirhan Canel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ambrosio Gamus was a little too slow when Orlando Oskarbi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-1. Ambrosio Gamus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Orlando Oskarbi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 22 minute of play. Mauro Ado hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Velez Capo's Emirhan Canel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Joachim in the 27th minute of play. When Gaston Iraitz came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Velez Capo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Iraitz couldn't finish the play. Emirhan Canel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Ambrosio Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Oskarbi, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Hector Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 played minutes Velez Capo got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Oskarbi. In the 61stth minute of the game Renato Gaúcho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Velez Capo's Emirhan Canel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 61 minutes, Sebastian Leizarraga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolfhard A.C. and the Velez Capo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Wolfhard A.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Sebastian Leizarraga hit a great ball. The Wolfhard A.C. fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Wolfhard A.C.'s Feliberto Joachim looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th minute of the match Wolfhard A.C. got a corner. Velez Capo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pascual Gilabert ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Wolfhard A.C.'s corner Pascual Gilabert fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emirhan Canel quite easily take care of the ball. Ambrosio Gamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Oskarbi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes Wolfhard A.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Orlando Oskarbi who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Velez Capo's corner Orlando Oskarbi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ambrosio Gamus quite easily take care of the ball. Wolfhard A.C.'s Roddie Bartholomew got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emirhan Canel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Gaúcho in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, Velez Capo's Emirhan Canel got control of the ball when Roddie Bartholomew tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Gaston Iraitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Velez Capo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolfhard A.C. the free kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Wolfhard A.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Velez Capo.
