After 4 minutes, Fabricio Rivero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leones FC and the Subversivos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Rivero. In the 6th minute, Izaak Tanamal made a precise shot to the right of Anastasio Pedroso. Leones FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Subversivos AFC's Lino Cebrian got a free kick in the 10th minute. Izaak Tanamal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Anastasio Pedroso made a huge save. 22 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Anastasio Pedroso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adan Rafe. In the 25thth minute of the game Maximino Berto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Subversivos AFC's Prospero Enetz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Izaak Tanamal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Anastasio Pedroso made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Rafe in the 28th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Anastasio Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Enetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Izaak Tanamal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Anastasio Pedroso made a huge save. Izaak Tanamal took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anastasio Pedroso. Anastasio Pedroso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The supporters of Subversivos AFC booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Nuno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nereo Aurre kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When David Tabor came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Leones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Tabor couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximino Berto to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Prospero Enetz managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Leones FC's Maximino Berto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Justin Melet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Pedroso having to interfere. The supporters of Subversivos AFC booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Tabor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasio Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izaak Tanamal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasio Pedroso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adan Rafe went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Subversivos AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eriberto Panpili in the 69th minute. Eriberto Panpili made a great header on Subversivos AFC's corner, it was just that Leones FC's Anastasio Pedroso managed to reach the ball for a save. Anastasio Pedroso came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Subversivos AFC's Izaak Tanamal. But to his dismay, Izaak Tanamal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Danilo Abalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Prospero Enetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Justin Melet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Rafe came free, but Anastasio Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasio Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izaak Tanamal in the 91st minute of the match. Danilo Abalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Prospero Enetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Subversivos AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Leones FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
