When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Urbano Cayo sped through Atletic Villa Belgrano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saverio Urko. Epifanio Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Leluțiu in the 14th minute of the match. Atletic Villa Belgrano's Saverio Urko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Cayo in the 18th minute of play. Anselmo Peru charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Peru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Morón Fulbo Clú got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Peru. The supporters of Morón Fulbo Clú booed when Atletic Villa Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Rafel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nusrettin Uluhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saverio Urko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When Sivert Ingemarsson fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletic Villa Belgrano's protests and gave Sivert Ingemarsson a yellow card for diving instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wictor Björkkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Nusrettin Uluhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Urko having to interfere. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Rogério Moita sped through Atletic Villa Belgrano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saverio Urko.
