Spectators: 7527 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Miguel Claus made the kick off which started today's match. Sans Frontieres's Anibal Bela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Cordaro in the 2nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sans Frontieres's zone, Arnaldo Tallia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Bela came out of the goal and Arnaldo Tallia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anibal Bela came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Iguarán FC's Hugo Checa. But to his dismay, Hugo Checa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Anibal Bela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Cordaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anibal Bela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Cordaro in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Hugo Checa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Bela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Bela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Checa, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Iguarán FC's Gonzalo Cordaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anibal Bela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Cordaro in the 30th minute of play forced Sans Frontieres's goalkeeper Anibal Bela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Sans Frontieres's Astor Valente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidro Lixandro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Anibal Bela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Cordaro in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Astor Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sans Frontieres's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Lixandro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anibal Bela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gonzalo Cordaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anibal Bela was a little too slow when Hugo Checa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-3. When Sans Frontieres's Astor Valente in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iguarán FC's goalie prevented a goal. Miguel Claus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Isidro Lixandro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Iguarán FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Shepherd. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Valente in the 60th minute of play forced Iguarán FC's goalkeeper Isidro Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Nistor Baștină hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Checa in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anibal Bela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Iguarán FC booed when Sans Frontieres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Euloxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Cordaro got free with Anibal Bela in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Gonzalo Cordaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iguarán FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. A collision led to Sans Frontieres getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Miguel Claus hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Carlos Burni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidro Lixandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Valente in the 90th minute of the match. Iguarán FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
