The supporters of Iguarán FC booed when Wagamama No Goku i was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Cavareda didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Leon Dziura fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wagamama No Goku i's protests and gave Leon Dziura a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Guaberto Paez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fermin Gonchan. The goal made the score 1-0. 20 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Tallia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iguarán FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wagamama No Goku i the free kick. A collision led to Iguarán FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Arnaldo Tallia hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Sixto Abastas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Wagamama No Goku i's Fermin Gonchan got control of the ball when Guaberto Paez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fermin Gonchan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Checa in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Paez in the 28th minute of play forced Wagamama No Goku i's goalkeeper Fermin Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wagamama No Goku i's Fermin Gonchan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Cordaro in the 29th minute of play. Fermin Gonchan came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Iguarán FC's Guaberto Paez. But to his dismay, Guaberto Paez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leon Dziura made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Checa in the 53rd minute of play forced Wagamama No Goku i's goalkeeper Fermin Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Paez scored 6-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fermin Gonchan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Tallia notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Wagamama No Goku i's Fermin Gonchan. Fermin Gonchan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fermin Gonchan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Checa, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Isaac Felipillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Lixandro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixto Abastas in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Wagamama No Goku i's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Paez came free, but Fermin Gonchan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fermin Gonchan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fermin Gonchan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Paez, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Guaberto Paez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Fermin Gonchan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iguarán FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
