An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Nixon in the 3rd minute of play forced Angus FC's goalkeeper Robustiano Kaxen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Kaxen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Nixon, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Angus FC's Robustiano Kaxen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Nixon in the 12th minute of play. Ruperto Velasco made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ulises Aznaro. The Cavern Club's Jacobo Porfirio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ruperto Velasco in the 15 minute of the game. Richard Nixon took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robustiano Kaxen. Robustiano Kaxen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute Marius Mercer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barbaros Bozbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 played minutes The Cavern Club got a freekick which was hit by Richard Nixon. Marius Mercers short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Barbaros Bozbey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Robustiano Kaxen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Nixon in the 27th minute of the match. If Gonzalo Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Ruperto Velasco in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Cavern Club's Jacobo Porfirio. In the 38th minute Richard Nixon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Kaxen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Velasco made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Cavern Club's Jacobo Porfirio. After 42 played minutes Angus FC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Velasco. In the 46th minute Angus FC were awarded a corner. Daniel Mirande went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marius Mercer to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Angus FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Ruperto Velasco hit a great ball. Richard Nixon might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Kaxen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Richard Nixon ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Angus FC's Robustiano Kaxen got control of the ball when Richard Nixon tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Richard Nixon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to The Cavern Club getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Lakis Kaminaris hit a great ball. Angus FC made a substitution. Osvaldo Laurgain replaced Ulises Aznaro. In the 65th minute of the match Daniel Mirande shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barbaros Bozbey showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to The Cavern Club getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Fermin Arixo hit a great ball. Angus FC made a substitution. Lisandro Franco replaced Rogelio Tabor. Angus FC made a substitution. Ignacio Atarratze replaced Ruperto Velasco. In the 68th minute, Fermin Arixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, The Cavern Club's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Mercer came free, but Barbaros Bozbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in The Cavern Club's zone, Elvio Perico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barbaros Bozbey came out of the goal and Elvio Perico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Cavern Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fermin Arixo in the 76th minute. The corner ended in Fermin Arixo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Angus FC's Robustiano Kaxen did a great save. Richard Nixon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robustiano Kaxen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, The Cavern Club's Richard Nixon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robustiano Kaxen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Angus FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fermin Arixo was slow to take the kick. During this time The Cavern Club's players had a chance to rest. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Angus FC's goalkeeper Robustiano Kaxen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barbaros Bozbey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 傅挺克's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Angus FC were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after The Cavern Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Mirande took the corner. When the final whistle went the supporters of The Cavern Club were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Angus FC side.
