The supporters of Juventus booed when Batavia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Naelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Vinicio Ikatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Bucyki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wincenty Kaszubowski made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Orla Bernskjold sent off a good shot on target. If Leonel Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Przemyslaw Wlodyga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincenty Kaszubowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Juventus defense, Przemyslaw Wlodyga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincenty Kaszubowski. The Juventus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wincenty Kaszubowski should have stopped the shot. Wincenty Kaszubowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Przemyslaw Wlodyga in the 17th minute of the match. Atilano Platon hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Juventus's Wincenty Kaszubowski got control of the ball when Orla Bernskjold tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Silverio Leobardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boruc Bucyki. Batavia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silverio Leobardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Boruc Bucyki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Leobardo's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Silverio Leobardo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boruc Bucyki. Boruc Bucyki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Batavia's Boruc Bucyki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Pes in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Ikatz in the 39th minute of play forced Batavia's goalkeeper Boruc Bucyki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Silverio Leobardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Bucyki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boruc Bucyki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Leobardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orla Bernskjold to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Przemyslaw Wlodyga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus's Wincenty Kaszubowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 53 played minutes Batavia got a freekick which was hit by Orla Bernskjold. In the 57th match minute, Batavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfino Duran to maneuver through the defense. With 59 minutes on the clock, Gustavo Tino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 62nd minute, Vinicio Ikatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wincenty Kaszubowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orla Bernskjold in the 63rd minute of play. Boruc Bucyki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Pitin in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Batavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Soter to maneuver through the defense. Paulino Erruki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boruc Bucyki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Leobardo in the 70th minute of play forced Batavia's goalkeeper Boruc Bucyki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Silverio Leobardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Bucyki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Silverio Leobardo came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Juventus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Leobardo couldn't finish the play. Wincenty Kaszubowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markus Gudmundsson in the 77th minute of the match. Markus Gudmundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincenty Kaszubowski having to interfere. Batavia's Boruc Bucyki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Pitin in the 93rd minute of play. Boruc Bucyki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Pitin in the 94th minute of the match. Juventus played a much better game than Batavia and deserved their victory. The Batavia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
