Abel Matro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, Plumerillo's goalkeeper Abel Matro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Román Riquelme. Rigoberto Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Koczara in the 21st minute of the match. Plumerillo's Abel Matro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonico Tinoco in the 23rd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Tonico Tinoco made a precise shot to the right of Abel Matro. Plumerillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Jacobo Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Horado having to interfere. Plumerillo's Abel Matro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Plumerillo from getting a goal against them.
