AKDmicos FC's Nemesio Jaen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save AKDmicos FC from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Nemesio Jaen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Inter Miami CF's Javier Fridman was substituted for Eriberto Miranda. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Nemesio Jaen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Fridman in the 52nd minute of play. AKDmicos FC's Nemesio Jaen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Román Riquelme in the 53rd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Román Riquelme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nemesio Jaen. AKDmicos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Román Riquelme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of AKDmicos FC booed when Inter Miami CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tonico Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Jose Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 86 minutes into the game, Amancio Matei threw the ball into play from the sideline. Inter Miami CF's Eli Nutil quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Rigoberto Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Matei in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarías March in the 89th minute of play forced Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Rigoberto Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AKDmicos FC's Saul Harriet got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Saul Harriet off the ground. After 90 played minutes AKDmicos FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Harriet. Inter Miami CF's Rigoberto Horado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Inter Miami CF from getting a goal against them. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Inter Miami CF had played much better football throughout.
