A collision led to Moitense getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Afonso Cesário hit a great ball. In the 15thth minute of the game Paulo Neves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moitense's Amado Prates was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amado Prates came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Pernas Partidas FC's Rui Machado. But to his dismay, Rui Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Paulo Neves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Amado Prates when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moitense's goalkeeper Amado Prates, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulo Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rui Machado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Amado Prates made a huge save. Jorge Palma hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes Rui Machado could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 4-0 into the left cross. Amado Prates showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. With a little luck, Moitense's Amado Prates got control of the ball when Rui Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Moitense's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Neves came free, but Amado Prates reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Pernas Partidas FC's Rui Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amado Prates made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 47 minutes into the game, Paulo Neves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amado Prates. Paulo Neves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0.

The wind increased when Rui Machado made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Moitense's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Machado came free, but Amado Prates reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Prates made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Machado in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Paulo Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amado Prates was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Amado Prates showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Neves in the 67th minute of the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amado Prates prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Paulo Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Prates having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Machado in the 94th minute of play forced Moitense's goalkeeper Amado Prates to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96thth minute of the game Rui Machado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moitense's Amado Prates was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
