Spectators: 7710 (Terracing: 5784, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 153) jaca FC's Mário Lopes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Rubim Caldas made a precise shot to the right of João Távora. jaca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Tito Negro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Sílvio Azenha notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of jaca FC's João Távora. João Távora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, jaca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Azenha came free, but João Távora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Azenha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. F.C. Cristelo's Tito Negro got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. jaca FC's João Távora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Azenha in the 27th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Rubim Caldas notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of jaca FC's João Távora. João Távora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Sílvio Azenha sped through jaca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Távora. 43 minutes into the game, Sílvio Azenha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. João Távora was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Sílvio Azenha sped through jaca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Távora. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sílvio Azenha to make the kick off. With a little luck, jaca FC's João Távora got control of the ball when Rubim Caldas tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sílvio Azenha in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Távora saved jaca FC from getting behind. Rodolfo Rangel kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Rubim Caldas came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and João Távora could save by the left post. Sílvio Azenha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Távora having to interfere. In the 64th minute, F.C. Cristelo's Mathias Luz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind João Távora. João Távora yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. If Sílvio Azenha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F.C. Cristelo's Tito Negro got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of jaca FC booed when F.C. Cristelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamilton Zarco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubim Caldas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute Sílvio Azenha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Távora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tito Negro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. João Távora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Távora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rubim Caldas in the 85th minute. In the last second João Távora throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sílvio Azenha in the 86thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. João Távora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sílvio Azenha's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. With a little luck, jaca FC's João Távora got control of the ball when Rubim Caldas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sílvio Azenha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Távora read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Rubim Caldas struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. João Távora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Cristelo. Rubim Caldas in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of João Távora, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The jaca FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. F.C. Cristelo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
