An unexpectedly hard shot by Óscar Alves in the 21st minute of play forced BIAMAR's goalkeeper Caio Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot was stopped by Caio Guerreiro but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the PINI FC defense, Ceferino Salvatore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Magalhães. The PINI FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Manuel Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Robak in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that BIAMAR were the better team. BIAMAR's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
