Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Flamengo booed when Ballymoney Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bronagh Rice didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frankie Cardwell came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo's Rain Kuusk. But to his dismay, Rain Kuusk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Connor Ashton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. 柯誉海 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hans Smefeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frankie Cardwell having to interfere. Frankie Cardwell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvan Bragger went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hans Smefeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frankie Cardwell having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Marlon Mumford put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Frankie Cardwell. After 24 minutes of play, Flamengo's Hans Smefeldt made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frankie Cardwell was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 31 played minutes, Flamengo's Keith Ripley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Frankie Cardwell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Flamengo reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Smefeldt in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frankie Cardwell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Hans Smefeldt made a precise shot to the right of Frankie Cardwell. Ballymoney Athletic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Frankie Cardwell came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo's Hans Smefeldt. But to his dismay, Hans Smefeldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Marlon Mumford took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frankie Cardwell. Frankie Cardwell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After the first half Flamengo were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans Smefeldt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Hans Smefeldt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Frankie Cardwell, passed just outside the right post. In the 53rdth minute of the game Hans Smefeldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballymoney Athletic's Frankie Cardwell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hans Smefeldt had several of the Ballymoney Athletic's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Frankie Cardwell as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 62nd minute, Hans Smefeldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamengo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. When Hans Smefeldt came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Flamengo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Smefeldt couldn't finish the play. Sly MacDonnell's late challenge caught a Flamengo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sly MacDonnell helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Sly MacDonnell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Ballymoney Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Smefeldt came free, but Frankie Cardwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Marlon Mumford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frankie Cardwell was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Marlon Mumford capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marlon Mumford really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. After 80 minutes Ballymoney Athletic's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Keith Ripley who took care of the corner kick. Frankie Cardwell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Smefeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute, Marlon Mumford reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Frankie Cardwell. The goal made the score 0-12. If Hans Smefeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rain Kuusk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frankie Cardwell having to interfere. When Flamengo's Hans Smefeldt in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballymoney Athletic's goalie prevented a goal. Flamengo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
