Rúben Baugsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson made a huge save. Feiko FC's Örnólfur Hannesson got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Eymar Ernirsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Siedlce's Rúben Baugsson. But to his dismay, Rúben Baugsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a little luck, Feiko FC's Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson got control of the ball when Rúben Baugsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Eymar Ernirsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eymar Ernirsson really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. 35 minutes into the game, Eymar Ernirsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson. Eymar Ernirsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Siedlce's Eymar Ernirsson got a free kick in the 41st minute. Feiko FC's Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Feiko FC from getting a goal against them. Jan Bjarkason didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Örnólfur Hannesson went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rúben Baugsson made a kick off. If Rúben Baugsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The Pogoń Siedlce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Siedlce's Eymar Ernirsson. But to his dismay, Eymar Ernirsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. In the 80th minute of the match Áslaugur Brynjólfsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 81st minute Eymar Ernirsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hjallkár Lárusson during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Hjallkár Lárusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rúben Baugsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
