Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bunnanaddan Utd's Paul McJohnny started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bunnanaddan Utd's Harrigan Grant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barclay McFrank in the 5th minute of play. The throw-in from Tyrone Rogers in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cloonlumny's Garrett McPaul. In the 19th match minute, Bunnanaddan Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quinn Hamilton to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes Bunnanaddan Utd got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Lavine. In the 21st minute Barclay McFrank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harrigan Grant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavin Harkin was a little too slow when Paul McJohnny got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Barclay McFrank received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Harrigan Grant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry McPeter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 34 minutes into the match, Henry McPeter notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Bunnanaddan Utd's Harrigan Grant. Harrigan Grant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barclay McFrank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harrigan Grant having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barclay McFrank stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Bunnanaddan Utd booed when Cloonlumny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Declan McJames didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reagan McNamara in the 73rd minute of play forced Cloonlumny's goalkeeper Gavin Harkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cloonlumny's Barclay McFrank in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 81st match minute, Bunnanaddan Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lee Dempsey to maneuver through the defense. Bunnanaddan Utd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Barclay McFrank scored to the left of an out of position Harrigan Grant, making the score, 1-2.
