Bartley John came out of the goal and Bivadas Matthews tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bartley John came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Irishtown's Rowe Coyle. But to his dismay, Rowe Coyle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Rowe Coyle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bartley John. TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rowe Coyle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 25 minutes into the match, Irishtown's goalkeeper Nollaig Benson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caoilte McGlenn. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rowe Coyle in the 30th minute of play forced TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's goalkeeper Bartley John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nollaig Benson made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Caoilte McGlenn sent off a good shot on target. When Donall Cronin came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Irishtown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donall Cronin couldn't finish the play. Bartley John took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donall Cronin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Britain McBrandon during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Britain McBrandon kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Kevin Doherty had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nollaig Benson. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kevin Doherty stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 73rd match minute, TheLostChildrensOfBabylon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torrey McMichel to maneuver through the defense. Bartley John stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donall Cronin's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Rowe Coyle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bartley John. Rowe Coyle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. The audience was convinced that Donall Cronin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartley John was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Ciarán McCready scored to the left of an out of position Bartley John, making the score, 3-4. Donall Cronin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bartley John tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartley John showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donall Cronin, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Nollaig Benson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caoilte McGlenn, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
