A collision led to ESCOLI getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mickey Harkness hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick Sullivan got free with Shaun Windsor in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zak Worrall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Shaun Windsor made a huge save. After having played for 17 minutes, Glyn Scorfield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an all-out effort, ESCOLI's Shaun Windsor threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patrick Maxell, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Patrick Sullivan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Shaun Windsor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Shaun Windsor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Maxell in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giles Dalby during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Shaun Windsor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Wallington:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ESCOLI:s goal. Shaun Windsor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank McCunnie, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Wallington defense, Zak Worrall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shaun Windsor. The Wallington fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shaun Windsor should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Patrick Maxell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Shaun Windsor. Wallington's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patrick Maxell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. 82 minutes into the game, Dominik Day was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wallington's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ESCOLI the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, Wallington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Day to maneuver through the defense. When Joe Stamer fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wallington's protests and gave Joe Stamer a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Wallington got a freekick which was hit by Joe Stamer. 85 minutes into the match, ESCOLI's Danny Burkinshaw broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Shaun Windsor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zak Worrall in the 88th minute of the match. Wallington's Shaun Windsor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Sullivan in the 89th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Patrick Sullivan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Shaun Windsor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ESCOLI fully deserved thier win.
