After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Leon Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lubenita Godlob's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Byrne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristopher Ealham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Leon Byrne took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Kristopher Ealham to make any attempt to save it. Leo Wilson kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Harry Maxell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Byrne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristopher Ealham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Nathan Horn took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kristopher Ealham. Frimley's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Tris Winehouse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Wilson's late challenge caught a Frimley's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leo Wilson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Frimley booed when Lubenita Godlob was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Wilson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristopher Ealham having to interfere. Danny Bridge kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Kristopher Ealham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Byrne in the 46th minute of play forced Frimley's goalkeeper Kristopher Ealham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Harry Maxell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frimley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lubenita Godlob the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Leon Byrne made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Frimley's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Byrne came free, but Kristopher Ealham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lubenita Godlob's Leon Byrne got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 86 minutes of play, Lubenita Godlob's Leon Byrne made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristopher Ealham was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kristopher Ealham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Byrne in the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Leon Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lubenita Godlob's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Byrne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 97 minutes of play, Lubenita Godlob's Leo Wilson made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristopher Ealham was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lubenita Godlob fans cheered their team off the field, for while Frimley had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
