Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Thrybergh AFC's Robert Newton got a free kick in the 4th minute. Barrie Chalk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Cheswick in the 8th minute of play forced Tony United's goalkeeper Fraser Seagrave to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrie Chalk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guy Hurst having to make a save. After having played for 11 minutes, Barrie Chalk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tony United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barrie Chalk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sean Archer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fraser Seagrave having to interfere. A collision led to Tony United getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Conal Scholey hit a great ball. If Conal Houghton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guy Hurst stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conal Houghton's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the match, Tony United's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy Cheswick came free, but Fraser Seagrave reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conal Scholey charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conal Scholey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tony United getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guy Hurst showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jimmy Cheswick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fraser Seagrave tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimmy Cheswick made a kick off. Guy Hurst made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Conal Houghton sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute Jimmy Cheswick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fraser Seagrave saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tony United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fraser Seagrave should have stopped the shot. After 71 played minutes Thrybergh AFC got a freekick which was hit by Karl Fleetwood. Guy Hurst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barrie Chalk in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Tony United's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy Cheswick came free, but Fraser Seagrave reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Tony United players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Thrybergh AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
