Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nat Porter started the match with the kick off. The Beckford fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Beckford's Nat Porter looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Freddie Brooks during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Freddie Brooks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the game, Vince Digby cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Reuben Reid was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reuben Reid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codrin Şelaru in the 20th minute of the match. Vince Digby struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Reuben Reid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rickmansworth. After 25 minutes of play, Rickmansworth's Codrin Şelaru made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reuben Reid was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Nat Porter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute Nat Porter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barry Foreman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reuben Reid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Digby, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Reuben Reid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codrin Şelaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rickmansworth's Codrin Şelaru in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Beckford's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th minute Samuel Löfskog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reuben Reid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickmansworth's Barry Foreman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nat Porter in the 41st minute of play. Ashley Hopker kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Codrin Şelaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reuben Reid. Beckford's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Codrin Şelaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Codrin Şelaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reuben Reid. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Codrin Şelaru ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Rickmansworth were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Codrin Şelaru to make the kick off. Codrin Şelaru succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 52nd playminute. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Codrin Şelaru put it in 1-7 from a short distance just to the right of Reuben Reid. Samuel Löfskog hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Freddie Brooks kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. If Codrin Şelaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Rickmansworth booed when Beckford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashley Hopker didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Codrin Şelaru notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Beckford's Reuben Reid. Reuben Reid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reuben Reid was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Samuel Löfskog showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 67 minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Rickmansworth's Vince Digby ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reuben Reid. Reuben Reid yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-10. 76 minutes into the match, Vince Digby dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reuben Reid, 1-11. When Felipe Maura came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Rickmansworth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Maura couldn't finish the play. Reuben Reid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vince Digby's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Codrin Şelaru scored 1-12 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reuben Reid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94th minute, Rickmansworth's Vince Digby ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reuben Reid. Reuben Reid yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-13.
