Nuno Gaúcho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Carl Norman made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Gaúcho got free with Carl Norman in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36thth minute of the game Nuno Gaúcho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beckenham Town's Carl Norman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Florencio Ixidor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerard Costello. Leicester Lions's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Ixidor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Beckenham Town's zone, Du Peng Xi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Norman came out of the goal and Du Peng Xi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdeněk Köhler in the 69th minute of play forced Beckenham Town's goalkeeper Carl Norman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leicester Lions's Gerard Costello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Leicester Lions from getting a goal against them. Leicester Lions's Gerard Costello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toader Codin in the 72nd minute of play.
