After 6 played minutes Vodafone FC got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Erik Bergqvist. Ragnar Brandt kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Ragnar Brandt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Tommy Tunander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Nordlander, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Vodafone FC's Ragnar Brandt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Tunander. Tommy Tunander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Ragnar Brandt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Tunander was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Ragnar Brandt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Simon Nordlander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Michael Hedin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigvard Frisck in the 37th minute of the match. Tommy Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Moberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sundby United FC's Johnny Kielberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Vilgot Rosen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sundby United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilgot Rosen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sigvard Frisck took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Michael Hedin. Karl-Michael Hedin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

The wind increased when Simon Nordlander made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Sigvard Frisck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sundby United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Frisck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Michael Hedin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simon Nordlander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Tunander having to interfere. Tommy Tunander came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Vodafone FC's Simon Nordlander. But to his dismay, Simon Nordlander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Tommy Tunander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ragnar Brandt went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Georg Sandström kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Karl-Michael Hedin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigvard Frisck in the 81st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Sigvard Frisck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sundby United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Frisck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Michael Hedin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
