The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Willig in the 14th minute of play forced Bullmark's goalkeeper Staffan Klintæus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Ernst Skräddare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bullmark and the Heberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Bullmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Skräddare to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Oskar Björkqvist got free with Thomas Colin in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Karl-Ove Willig's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Staffan Klintæus was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 52 played minutes Bullmark got a freekick which was hit by Ove Hasselqvist. Klas Bergfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klas Bergfeldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Staffan Klintæus made a huge save. A hard shot 59 in the game by Klas Bergfeldt from a close distance when the talented Staffan Klintæus managed to make a qualified save. Bullmark's players were relieved. A collision led to Bullmark getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Per-Åke Andersson hit a great ball. Heberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Klas Bergfeldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Staffan Klintæus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Klas Bergfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klas Bergfeldt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Staffan Klintæus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Staffan Klintæus made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Klas Bergfeldt sent off a good shot on target. Thomas Colin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Bjursell in the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Bullmark's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Ove Willig came free, but Staffan Klintæus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Robert Bagge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bullmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heberg the free kick. Robert Bagge hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Staffan Klintæus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Ove Willig, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Bullmark's Emil Bjursell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Colin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Bullmark booed when Heberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Heberg supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Heberg would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
