Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şenel Cezri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Åke Rosendahl in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Storbyns IF's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Åke Rosendahl came free, but Şenel Cezri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Storbyns IF booed when Österfärnebo IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvin Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Karl-Johan Olsson came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Storbyns IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Johan Olsson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Stephansson in the 30th minute of play forced Storbyns IF's goalkeeper Şenel Cezri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Markus Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Frans Bäckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frans Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Johan Olsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39thth minute of the game Bengt-Åke Rosendahl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Storbyns IF's Şenel Cezri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Şenel Cezri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidar Stephansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Şenel Cezri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Rosendahl in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Storbyns IF's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Stephansson came free, but Şenel Cezri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Johan Olsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Storbyns IF's Şenel Cezri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Storbyns IF from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Şenel Cezri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frans Bäckström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Johan Olsson's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Vidar Stephansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Şenel Cezri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Karl-Johan Olsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Storbyns IF's goalkeeper Şenel Cezri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Åke Rosendahl. Storbyns IF's Şenel Cezri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Storbyns IF from getting a goal against them.
