The audience thought a goal was coming when Henric Forssell got free with Stefan Björk in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the 1891 Djurgården defense, Henric Forssell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Björk. The 1891 Djurgården fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Björk should have stopped the shot. Stefan Björk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Simonsson in the 13th minute of the match. With a little luck, 1891 Djurgården's Stefan Björk got control of the ball when Henric Forssell tried to sneak it across the goal line. A well placed Eric Sălcudeanu short distance shot in the 97th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross.
