The supporters of Flen FC booed when Janshedens fysmonster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Ryberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sixten Eliasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rune Sandberg during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Janshedens fysmonster fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! A collision led to Flen FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Hugo Nordström hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Sven Ryberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt Åström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Flen FC defense, Lars Forssell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt Åström. The Flen FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt Åström should have stopped the shot. After 24 played minutes Flen FC got a freekick which was hit by Stig Fagerberg. Leo Dahlberg struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Bengt Åström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Janshedens fysmonster. After 30th play minutes Lars Forssell shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Bengt Åström and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 35th play minute Jack Hermansson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jakob Danielsson. 2-2. 40 minutes into the match, Flen FC's Sixten Eliasson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jakob Danielsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44thth minute of the game Lars Forssell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flen FC's Bengt Åström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jörgen Barck hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wictor Ahlbom made a kick off. Jörgen Barck was shown his second yellow card after 51 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Rune Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Janshedens fysmonster's goal looked a bit too open when Sixten Eliasson came free, but Jakob Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Wictor Ahlbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jakob Danielsson. Janshedens fysmonster's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wictor Ahlbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Leo Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Åström having to interfere. In the 69th minute Wictor Ahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakob Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Sven Cane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Flen FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Stig Fagerberg hit a great ball. Bengt Åström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 75th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sven Ryberg. Jakob Danielsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Larsfelt in the 82nd minute of the match. Max Kullander kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Janshedens fysmonster's goal looked a bit too open when Sixten Eliasson came free, but Jakob Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Wictor Ahlbom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2.
