Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kjell Brenner took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Alvesta got a freekick which was hit by Kjell-Arne Tinglöf. Fred Deckberg didn't quite understand what happened when in the 4 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. 8 minutes into the match, Olof Bäcklin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alvesta's Leonard Wiman. Leonard Wiman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kim Åström kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Peter Hägglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jens Åström in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Arne Edström saved Stenhamra from getting behind. Sven-Arne Edström made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Hubert Waller sent off a good shot on target. Johan Månsson kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Leonard Wiman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Olof Bäcklin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Wiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stenhamra's Kjell Brenner pulled a muscle in his back after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Patric Axelsson fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alvesta's protests and gave Patric Axelsson a yellow card for diving instead. Stenhamra made a substitution. Viktor Eriksson replaced Kjell Brenner. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alvesta fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Stenhamra. Fred Deckberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leonard Wiman. 0-2. Sven-Arne Edström made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Hubert Waller sent off a good shot on target. Olof Bäcklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Wiman having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Eriksson in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Wiman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Alvesta defense, Viktor Eriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonard Wiman. The Alvesta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonard Wiman should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Olof Bäcklin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stenhamra's supporters rose to their feet, but Olof Bäcklin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Wiman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens Åström to make the kick off. Olof Bäcklin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Leonard Wiman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Olof Bäcklin could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Leonard Wiman however easily saved by the left post. Viktor Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Alvesta's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Olof Bäcklin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leonard Wiman was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Peter Hägglund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peter Hägglund really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Eriksson in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Wiman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Wallin in the 78th minute of play forced Alvesta's goalkeeper Leonard Wiman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olof Bäcklin got free with Leonard Wiman in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 86th minute, Stenhamra's Viktor Eriksson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Fredrik Wallin kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Viktor Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Wiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stenhamra played a much better game than Alvesta and deserved their victory. The Alvesta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
