Suryoyoboys's Bernt Drewitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Klint in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Reine Vestberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kosova REP.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suryoyoboys the free kick. After 19 played minutes Kosova REP. got a freekick which was hit by Reine Vestberg. 21 minutes into the match, Kosova REP.'s goal looked a bit too open when Simon Asplund came free, but Egil Löfskog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egil Löfskog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orvar Berglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Orvar Berglund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egil Löfskog. Kosova REP.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orvar Berglund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Helge Borre fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Suryoyoboys's protests and gave Helge Borre a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Helge Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Robert Klint shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Drewitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Kosova REP.'s goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Berglund came free, but Egil Löfskog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Klint to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Orvar Berglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Egil Löfskog stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orvar Berglund's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Inge Hedlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Löfskog having to interfere. Bernt Drewitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Klint in the 89th minute of play. Orvar Berglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Egil Löfskog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kosova REP.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
