The Hallstahammar IK fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Hallstahammar IK's Alexei Karamazov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Marc Almstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joseph Svartengren was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. FC Andersberg's Charles Hegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexei Karamazov in the 15th minute of play. After 20 played minutes FC Andersberg got a freekick which was hit by Paul-Émile Bo Resley. 20 minutes into the match, FC Andersberg's goal looked a bit too open when Alexei Karamazov came free, but Charles Hegg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Manfred Beck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Hegg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexei Karamazov in the 25th minute of play forced FC Andersberg's goalkeeper Charles Hegg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Hallstahammar IK were awarded a corner. Jorre Joostens went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alexei Karamazov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Charles Hegg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Charles Hegg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexei Karamazov, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Manfred Beck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Andersberg's Charles Hegg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charles Hegg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexei Karamazov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Marc Almstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hallstahammar IK's Andy Petersson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Charles Hegg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from La-Forgia De La Rue in the 46th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, La-Forgia De La Rue ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Hegg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexei Karamazov to make the kick off. Alexei Karamazov in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Charles Hegg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 52nd minute, La-Forgia De La Rue got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Marc Almstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joseph Svartengren was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Svartengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexei Karamazov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Charles Hegg firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alexei Karamazov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Charles Hegg made a huge save. 82 minutes into the match, Hallstahammar IK's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Pettersson came free, but Joseph Svartengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Hegg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexei Karamazov in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the game, FC Andersberg's Marc Almstedt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Svartengren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Oskar Viberg kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. FC Andersberg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
