With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anthon Karlsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Karl-Ove Sörman came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Gandalfs Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Sörman couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Klassisk Framtid's goalkeeper Toke Panning, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Sörman in the 19th minute of play forced Klassisk Framtid's goalkeeper Toke Panning to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Ove Sörman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Klassisk Framtid's goalkeeper Toke Panning had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Ove Dahlman. When Karl-Ove Sörman fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gandalfs Fc's protests and gave Karl-Ove Sörman a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Gandalfs Fc got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Ove Sörman. Toke Panning made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Jan-Ove Dahlman sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Klassisk Framtid's Eric Ekrot got a free kick in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Gandalfs Fc's Ulf Söderberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute of the match Jarl Björling sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anthon Karlsson skillfully saved the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Ove Dahlman in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toke Panning saved Klassisk Framtid from getting behind. Gandalfs Fc's Karl-Ove Sörman got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Ove Sörman in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toke Panning prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anders Pike struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Anthon Karlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Klassisk Framtid. Anthon Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Jet, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gandalfs Fc's goalkeeper Anthon Karlsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Toke Panning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Dahlman in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Klassisk Framtid's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ulf Söderberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Gandalfs Fc's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ulf Söderberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Toke Panning quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Jet in the 90th minute of play forced Gandalfs Fc's goalkeeper Anthon Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Karl-Ove Sörman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toke Panning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gandalfs Fc had won after a very even match.
