With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Rolfsson in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hannes Blomqvist saved Doctors of Ophtalmology from getting behind. Hannes Blomqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Rolfsson in the 11th minute of the match. In the 16thth minute of the game Rune Rolfsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doctors of Ophtalmology's Hannes Blomqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Doctors of Ophtalmology's goal looked a bit too open when 吴明霖 came free, but Hannes Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hannes Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Rolfsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Holger Siöberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hannes Blomqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Gafflarna IF were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Doctors of Ophtalmology's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felix Godholm took the corner. Gafflarna IF's Felix Godholm was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hannes Blomqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Doctors of Ophtalmology's Per-Arne Magnusson pulled a muscle in his leg after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rune Rolfsson was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Doctors of Ophtalmology getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Inder Kul hit a great ball. Gafflarna IF's Felix Godholm shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hannes Blomqvist but with some difficulty. Svante Clementsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mörður Kent having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Doctors of Ophtalmology's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Rolfsson came free, but Hannes Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rune Rolfsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Hannes Blomqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Per Forsberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mörður Kent read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Doctors of Ophtalmology's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Felix Godholm scored to the left of an out of position Hannes Blomqvist, making the score, 1-1. Gafflarna IF were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Doctors of Ophtalmology's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felix Godholm took the corner. The corner led Gafflarna IF's Magnus Sundén to fire away a dangerous shot which Hannes Blomqvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Doctors of Ophtalmology's goalie and right to 吴明霖. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Doctors of Ophtalmology's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Rune Rolfsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Hannes Blomqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, Doctors of Ophtalmology's goalkeeper Hannes Blomqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Holger Siöberg. 91 minutes into the match, Rune Rolfsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hannes Blomqvist, 1-3. With his leg Hannes Blomqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Gafflarna IF's Rune Rolfsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Gafflarna IF booed when Doctors of Ophtalmology was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hannes Blomqvist was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and Rune Rolfsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rune Rolfsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Gafflarna IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
