Thanks to some nice moves Leandro Heidemann could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Evander Zabel however easily saved by the left post. After 41 played minutes Digital Monsterz FC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Ramírez. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Heidemann made a kick off. Leandro Heidemann scored 1-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evander Zabel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Digital Monsterz FC's goalkeeper Isak Jacobsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Osmar Goiano replaced Hubert Hamnberg. Ciudad Tao FC's Salomon Quaade was substituted for Ernst Skog. Ciudad Tao FC's Isto Holttinen was substituted for Jairo Malheiro. Ciudad Tao FC's attentive Adrian Gråberg managed to snatch the ball when Juan Ramírez made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. Isak Jacobsson was a little too slow when Isto Holttinen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Evander Zabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Heidemann in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evander Zabel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Ciudad Tao FC booed when Digital Monsterz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Özkut didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th match minute, Ciudad Tao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Štěpán Flídr to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Digital Monsterz FC's Isak Jacobsson got control of the ball when Osmar Goiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Isto Holttinen lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Isak Jacobsson. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ciudad Tao FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
