The Stomil Olsztyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maria Aline should have stopped the shot. If Damian Haszczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliusz Kolano scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbigniew Glogowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Stomil Olsztyn's Maria Aline got control of the ball when Arnoud Ooms tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maria Aline showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Augusto Arruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 29th minute, Damian Haszczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KP Skępe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 39th match minute, Stomil Olsztyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachary Bejrut to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the game, Damian Haszczak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maria Aline. Damian Haszczak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Amerigo Lauri was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, one of Stomil Olsztyn:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stomil Olsztyn. Maria Aline had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Carlos Augusto Arruda's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoud Ooms to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stomil Olsztyn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlos Augusto Arruda was slow to take the kick. During this time KP Skępe's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Carlos Augusto Arruda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stomil Olsztyn's Maria Aline did a great save. In the 93rdth minute of the game Arnoud Ooms who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stomil Olsztyn's Maria Aline was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnoud Ooms in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maria Aline saved Stomil Olsztyn from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KP Skępe fully deserved thier win.
