Spectators: 7710 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacek Sochacki started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacek Sochacki in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tymoteusz Makomaski saved LKS Szmacianka from getting behind. After 6 minutes, Jacek Sochacki made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. LKS Szmacianka's Tymoteusz Makomaski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tymoteusz Makomaski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Plucinik, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Tymoteusz Makomaski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacek Sochacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Jacek Sochacki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tymoteusz Makomaski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arkadiusz Liermann made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Konstanty Cwojdak sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacek Sochacki in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tymoteusz Makomaski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. DOJO ZABRZE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mateusz Wojtowicz in the 25th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of LKS Szmacianka's goalie and right to Cezary Laba. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. LKS Szmacianka's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 27 minutes into the match, DOJO ZABRZE's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Liermann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miroslaw Smolarek. Arkadiusz Liermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincenty Wierzcholek in the 28th minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play, LKS Szmacianka's Wincenty Wierzcholek made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arkadiusz Liermann was left in no man's land by his defense there! DOJO ZABRZE's Jacek Sochacki got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wincenty Wierzcholek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Liermann having to interfere. Tymoteusz Makomaski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Laba, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konstanty Cwojdak got free with Arkadiusz Liermann in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacek Sochacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryszard Podowski to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Marek Jankowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tymoteusz Makomaski. Marek Jankowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. 53 minutes into the match, LKS Szmacianka's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Makomaski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezary Laba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Jankowski in the 56th minute of play forced LKS Szmacianka's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Makomaski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of DOJO ZABRZE booed when LKS Szmacianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Smolarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cezary Laba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Tymoteusz Makomaski made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Cezary Laba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tymoteusz Makomaski. The goal made the score 1-6. Tymoteusz Makomaski made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Jacek Sochacki sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-7 when Jacek Sochacki sped through LKS Szmacianka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tymoteusz Makomaski. Karol Zdeb hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Cezary Laba made a precise shot to the right of Tymoteusz Makomaski. LKS Szmacianka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 1-9 when Jacek Sochacki sped through LKS Szmacianka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tymoteusz Makomaski. Jacek Sochacki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tymoteusz Makomaski having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Lukasz Rutecki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LKS Szmacianka and the DOJO ZABRZE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacek Sochacki struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Tymoteusz Makomaski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DOJO ZABRZE. After 93 played minutes DOJO ZABRZE got a freekick which was hit by Roman Gmoch.
