Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Morten Sivertsen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute, Tommy Nedrebø got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Nedrebø in the 7th minute of play forced Navlestreng's goalkeeper Andreas Kolstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petter Fjellanger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morten Sivertsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Morten Sivertsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Navlestreng's supporters rose to their feet, but Morten Sivertsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petter Fjellanger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Nedrebø in the 13th minute of play forced Navlestreng's goalkeeper Andreas Kolstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Oddbjørn Nyvold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lars Møgster fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sandsletten's protests and gave Lars Møgster a yellow card for diving instead. Petter Fjellanger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morten Sivertsen in the 22nd minute of play. After 32 minutes, Hugo Lauvås mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandsletten and the Navlestreng players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sandsletten getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hugo Lauvås hit a great ball. Andreas Kolstad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Lauvås in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sandsletten's Hugo Lauvås slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Kolstad. That made the score 1-1 after 35 minutes of play. Audun Einarsen's late challenge caught a Sandsletten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Audun Einarsen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th minute, Tor-Kristian Myller sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Navlestreng's Andreas Kolstad didn't even have to move. When Sandsletten's Tommy Nedrebø in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Navlestreng's goalie prevented a goal. Hugo Lauvås sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tommy Nedrebø to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugo Lauvås sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oddbjørn Nyvold struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Petter Fjellanger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Navlestreng. Andreas Kolstad came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Sandsletten's Tommy Nedrebø. But to his dismay, Tommy Nedrebø quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Hugo Lauvås received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Andreas Kolstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Navlestreng's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Nedrebø came free, but Andreas Kolstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Lauvås received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Andreas Kolstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jeppe Edvartsen came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sandsletten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeppe Edvartsen couldn't finish the play. Oddbjørn Nyvold was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 94 minutes into the match, Sandsletten's goal looked a bit too open when Morten Sivertsen came free, but Petter Fjellanger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandsletten's Tommy Nedrebø got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
