The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Marius Nerland mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Online Woop and the Sommarsæte players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 played minutes Online Woop got a freekick which was hit by Marius Nerland. In the 13th minute Lars-Olav Hamnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislav Salaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Online Woop's zone, Vidar Indergård stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislav Salaj came out of the goal and Vidar Indergård tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lars-Olav Hamnes kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars-Olav Hamnes in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislav Salaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Online Woop's Ladislav Salaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Indergård in the 23rd minute of play. Ladislav Salaj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars-Olav Hamnes went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Henrik Espenes hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Fridtjof Marvik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars-Erik Fiksdal was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Online Woop's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lars-Erik Fiksdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fridtjof Marvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
