The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Online Woop's Ladislav Salaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Indergård in the 6th minute of play. Online Woop's attentive Geir Fossli managed to snatch the ball when Andreas Brastad made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. When Alexander Sandvær came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Online Woop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Sandvær couldn't finish the play. Kenneth Rugland kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Lars-Olav Hamnes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ladislav Salaj. Online Woop's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars-Olav Hamnes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Sommarsæte's Emanuel Bartnes got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Indergård in the 26th minute of play forced Online Woop's goalkeeper Ladislav Salaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars-Erik Fiksdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf-Inge Wallin in the 27th minute of the match. 32 minutes in the game, Ken Gjertsen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lars-Erik Fiksdal having to interfere. Lars-Olav Hamnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislav Salaj having to interfere. After the first half Sommarsæte were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lars-Olav Hamnes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Fridtjof Marvik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars-Erik Fiksdal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Alexander Sandvær came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Online Woop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Sandvær couldn't finish the play. Fridtjof Marvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexander Sandvær fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars-Erik Fiksdal having to interfere. Sommarsæte's Lars-Erik Fiksdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fridtjof Marvik in the 74th minute of play. Lars-Olav Hamnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ladislav Salaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Sommarsæte's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Gjertsen came free, but Lars-Erik Fiksdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fridtjof Marvik came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Online Woop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fridtjof Marvik couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Online Woop booed when Sommarsæte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Bergset didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexander Sandvær took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lars-Erik Fiksdal. Sommarsæte's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Online Woop fully deserved thier win.
