The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Dalbygda BK got a freekick which was hit by Leon Natås. Ruben Sæterdal scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 孟烽皓, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 孟烽皓 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Sæterdal, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Harald Rønningen hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Kovlands IF got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Owren. 孟烽皓 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Owren in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Dalbygda BK's goalkeeper 孟烽皓 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Owren. After a defensive mix-up in Kovlands IF's zone, Ørjan Haugom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dag Anderssen came out of the goal and Ørjan Haugom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Ørjan Haugom put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dag Anderssen.

The wind increased when Harald Rønningen made the kick off in the second half. Ørjan Haugom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Dag Anderssen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ørjan Haugom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dag Anderssen having to make a save. 孟烽皓 came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Kovlands IF's Ruben Sæterdal. But to his dismay, Ruben Sæterdal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Dalbygda BK booed when Kovlands IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Owren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kovlands IF's zone, Ørjan Haugom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dag Anderssen came out of the goal and Ørjan Haugom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ørjan Haugoms short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Dag Anderssen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 83 minutes into the game, Ruben Sæterdal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kovlands IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dalbygda BK the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Kovlands IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Sæterdal to maneuver through the defense. Kovlands IF's Dag Anderssen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ørjan Haugom in the 90th minute of play. Leon Natås received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dag Anderssen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
