After 19 minutes, Åsmund Owren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Oftenåsen and the Molde FKNorway players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FK Oftenåsen getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Åsmund Owren hit a great ball. The supporters of Molde FKNorway booed when FK Oftenåsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terje Opedal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Molde FKNorway's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Åsmund Owren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Yuri de Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Oftenåsen's protests and gave Yuri de Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Molde FKNorway booed when FK Oftenåsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Elverum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Asgeir Figenschau was the one to do the kick off. In the 65th minute, Linus Log got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Åsmund Owren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Tolga Zengin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FK Oftenåsen's Anan As got control of the ball when Asgeir Figenschau tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, FK Oftenåsen's goalkeeper Anan As had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Linus Log. 88 minutes into the game, Molde FKNorway's Daniel Elverum nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anan As made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Asgeir Figenschau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anan As having to interfere.
