The supporters of Breakdown Squad booed when Torp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Løvdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Moholt in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mons Søberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Torp IF getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Daniel Knoph hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Torp IF defense, Aurelian Stolnicu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mons Søberg. The Torp IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mons Søberg should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Geir Jespersen sped through Torp IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mons Søberg. Aurelian Stolnicu scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mons Søberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Torp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Moholt came free, but Mons Søberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Benjamin Moholt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Mons Søberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mons Søberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the game, Breakdown Squad's Aurelian Stolnicu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mons Søberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Mons Søberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Moholt, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Aurelian Stolnicu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Breakdown Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. After the first half Breakdown Squad were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Aurelian Stolnicu made the kick off in the second half. Mons Søberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Moholt in the 55th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Benjamin Moholt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mons Søberg. That made the score 0-10 in the 58 minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Torp IF's goalkeeper Mons Søberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelian Stolnicu. 62 minutes into the game, Breakdown Squad's Benjamin Moholt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Breakdown Squad's Dan Liverød played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Rygg in the 66th minute of play. But to his dismay, Aurelian Stolnicu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. Mons Søberg made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Aurelian Stolnicu sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the match, Rune Dahlberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mons Søberg. Torp IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rune Dahlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. After 78 played minutes Torp IF got a freekick which was hit by Eric Stav. With a little luck, Torp IF's Mons Søberg got control of the ball when Rune Dahlberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Torp IF's goalkeeper Mons Søberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rune Dahlberg. After 83 played minutes Breakdown Squad got a freekick which was hit by Rune Dahlberg. When Martin Rygg fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torp IF's protests and gave Martin Rygg a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Torp IF got a freekick which was hit by Martin Rygg. The crowd rose to their feet as Geir Jespersen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mons Søberg. That made the score 0-14 in the 87 minute of play. In the 92nd minute Geir Jespersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mons Søberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-15 became the score in the 95th minute when Aurelian Stolnicu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Breakdown Squad's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
