Bjørnar Kaasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olaf Bødtker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roar Wold in the 11th minute of the match. Christer Tvenge kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Roar Wold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Lon made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Christer Tvenge immediately put the ball in play. Tore-Andre Årseth struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Olaf Bødtker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guttane. Roar Wold came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Olaf Bødtker could save by the left post. Bjørnar Kaasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trond Welde in the 25th minute of play. Bjørnar Kaasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trond Welde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bjørnar Kaasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Gamst in the 29th minute of the match. Predators's Olaf Bødtker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Predators from getting a goal against them. Christer Fiskvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute, Marius Finstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marius Finstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Olaf Bødtker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bjørnar Kaasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Gamst, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Predators's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Fiskvik came free, but Olaf Bødtker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjørnar Kaasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trond Welde, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 58 minutes of play, Guttane's Christer Fiskvik made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olaf Bødtker was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marius Finstad's late challenge caught a Predators's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marius Finstad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Marius Finstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the game, Ole-Gunnar Forberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. Guttane's Odd Sørdal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Roar Wold hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Odd Sørdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olaf Bødtker came out of the goal and Cornelius Nilssen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guttane's Cornelius Nilssen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Truls Høyland, made in the 89th minute of the game. Cornelius Nilssen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 played minutes Guttane got a freekick which was hit by Marius Finstad.
