In the 32nd minute, Lex van Zalen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruud Eulen in the 34th minute of play forced Niawier Banino SC's goalkeeper Jimmy Britton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinier Wensings short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Henk-Jan Robben to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ruud Eulen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jimmy Britton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Niawier Banino SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruud Eulen came free, but Jimmy Britton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Giel Vledder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Britton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henk-Jan Robben was a little too slow when Danny Riemers got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Henk-Jan Robben, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 72 played minutes Niawier Banino SC got a freekick which was hit by Lex van Zalen. In the 78th match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerald Haar to maneuver through the defense. Decathlon Dudes's Henk-Jan Robben proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Decathlon Dudes from getting a goal against them. Giel Vledder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marc Smits was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Niawier Banino SC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Marc Smits hit a great ball. Giel Vledder struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Jimmy Britton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Decathlon Dudes.
