The corner led Overschie's Jan Rein Hindriks to a score. 0-2 in the 9th minute. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Suttum FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anton Schepers was slow to take the kick. During this time Overschie's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Gerfen in the 18th minute of play forced Suttum FC's goalkeeper Dráusio Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dráusio Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, Suttum FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elco Popping to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Overschie booed when Suttum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Svingel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With splendid footwork Roger Bueno arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-9 by the left pole in the game's 67th minute. After 70 minutes of play, Overschie's Anton Schepers made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dráusio Duarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the game, Roger Bueno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dráusio Duarte. Roger Bueno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. In the 83rd minute, Overschie's Roger Bueno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dráusio Duarte. Dráusio Duarte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. A hard shot 91 in the game by Roger Bueno from a close distance when the talented Dráusio Duarte managed to make a qualified save. Suttum FC's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Suttum FC's Pasi Hiltunen got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Roger Bueno notched a goal, 0-14, to the right of Suttum FC's Dráusio Duarte. Dráusio Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Overschie's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
