Edgardo Oinaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilco Heida, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinier Ieberink in the 9th minute of play forced Sons of Strategy's goalkeeper Jan de Boer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Oinaz made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Wilco Heida sent off a good shot on target. Jan de Boer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinícius Junior in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnold Pool in the 18th minute of play forced Stommeer A's goalkeeper Edgardo Oinaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan de Boer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Normando in the 22nd minute of play. The Stommeer A fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Stommeer A's Generoso Normando looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jan de Boer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Normando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan de Boer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Junior in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martijn Jol in the 34th minute of play forced Sons of Strategy's goalkeeper Jan de Boer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stommeer A's Edgardo Oinaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Stommeer A from getting a goal against them. Sons of Strategy's Jan de Boer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Normando in the 36th minute of play. Stommeer A's Edgardo Oinaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk van Zwieten in the 37th minute of play. When Stommeer A's Generoso Normando in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sons of Strategy's goalie prevented a goal. 47 minutes into the game, Henk van Zwieten recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgardo Oinaz. Henk van Zwieten showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Generoso Normando to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sons of Strategy's goalkeeper Jan de Boer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinícius Junior. In the 53rd minute Arjen de Boer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Oinaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 minutes of play, Sons of Strategy's Arjen de Boer made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Oinaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 56 minutes into the match, Sons of Strategy's goalkeeper Jan de Boer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinícius Junior. In the 56th minute, Dries Tevreden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Oinaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk van Zwieten in the 57th minute of play. A hard shot 59 in the game by Generoso Normando from a close distance when the talented Jan de Boer managed to make a qualified save. Sons of Strategy's players were relieved. Arnold Pool fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Oinaz having to interfere. Vinícius Junior sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sons of Strategy's Meindert Hilberts got a free kick in the 81st minute. Jan de Boer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn Jol in the 85th minute of the match. Jan de Boer came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Stommeer A's Damien Roetering. But to his dismay, Damien Roetering quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk van Zwieten in the 88th minute of play forced Stommeer A's goalkeeper Edgardo Oinaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
