In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind CG Studenti's goalkeeper Fabio Tondi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabio Tondi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Cipriani in the 83rd minute of play. Donato Pelati took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Tondi. Fabio Tondi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Rulli in the 93rd minute of play forced CG Studenti's goalkeeper Fabio Tondi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Rulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LaMafiaDellArdo FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while CG Studenti had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
