Spectators: 8044 (Terracing: 6034, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when András Győri took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Imre Túri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Galatasaray FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Konstantin Salgó hit a great ball. Zoltán Bíró came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Apollon Grimaszol's András Győri. But to his dismay, András Győri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Róbert Kolozsvári had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. László Jósa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoltán Bíró having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, András Győri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zoltán Bíró was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, one of Galatasaray FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Galatasaray FC. When the match had been going on for 32 minutes, Apollon Grimaszol's Gergely Szegedi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zoltán Bíró. András Győri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konstantin Salgó was the one to do the kick off. András Győri hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. András Győri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. András Győri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoltán Bíró having to interfere. Soma Bernáth made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Konstantin Salgó sent off a good shot on target. Ervin Sárkány hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. András Győri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zoltán Bíró having to make a save. Zoltán Bíró took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Kolozsvári, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galatasaray FC's Zoltán Bíró played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Győri in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, Apollon Grimaszol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbert Kolozsvári to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, András Győri notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Galatasaray FC's Zoltán Bíró. Zoltán Bíró was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Galatasaray FC defense, András Győri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zoltán Bíró. The Galatasaray FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zoltán Bíró should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, András Győri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zoltán Bíró. Galatasaray FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that András Győri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 89th minute, László Jósa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zoltán Bíró was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Apollon Grimaszol had played much better football throughout.
