Jordan Porte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maël Brulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Toure, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, José Sergent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thibault Masson. Boussange's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Sergent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, José Sergent notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Boussange's Thibault Masson. Thibault Masson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José Sergent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sammy Fourre hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes of play, Olympique de Batjax's José Sergent made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thibault Masson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 28 played minutes Boussange got a freekick which was hit by Allan Marie-Louise. In the 29th minute, Joseph Lachaise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If José Sergent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Boussange's Thibault Masson got control of the ball when José Sergent tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Olympique de Batjax's Thibault Masson threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from José Sergent, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 41 minutes into the game, José Sergent recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thibault Masson. José Sergent showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. In the 44th match minute, Boussange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francis Guénet to maneuver through the defense. José Sergent scored 6-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thibault Masson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Sergent made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Olympique de Batjax's Xavier Santi got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th match minute, Olympique de Batjax was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frédéric Beaufils to maneuver through the defense. Xavier Santi lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Olympique de Batjax! Maël Brulin had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Francis Guénet's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 66th minute, Auseklis Cielaviņš ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thibault Masson was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 69 minutes into the game, Allan Marie-Louise was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boussange's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympique de Batjax the free kick. In the 69th minute, Allan Marie-Louise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, José Sergent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thibault Masson was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 77 minutes into the game, Olympique de Batjax's José Sergent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thibault Masson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Boussange's Thibault Masson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Auseklis Cielaviņš in the 84th minute of play. José Sergent's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thibault Masson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Thibault Masson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Sergent in the 89th minute of play. Francis Guénet hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Jordan Porte took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Thibault Masson. Boussange's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Auseklis Cielaviņš's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thibault Masson was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When Olympique de Batjax's José Sergent in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boussange's goalie prevented a goal. Francis Guénet struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Maël Brulin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boussange. There was no doubt that Olympique de Batjax were the better team. Olympique de Batjax's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
