The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Faustin Papet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Faustin Papet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youri Borderie in the 23rd minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Strasbourg City ⚜️'s goal looked a bit too open when Youri Borderie came free, but Faustin Papet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Sanni Gården got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The U.S.Normande fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when U.S.Normande's Bengt-Rune Mellberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.S.Normande. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Strasbourg City ⚜️'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aymerick Tourrette was slow to take the kick. During this time U.S.Normande's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to U.S.Normande getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Fred Battini hit a great ball. When Fred Battini got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. If Youri Borderie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Youri Borderie got free with Faustin Papet in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Strasbourg City ⚜️'s Faustin Papet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurélien Mussard in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, U.S.Normande's Aurélien Mussard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustin Papet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 76 minutes into the game, Aurélien Mussard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faustin Papet. Aurélien Mussard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Faustin Papet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yoann Louvet in the 79th minute of the match. U.S.Normande's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aymerick Tourrette in the 81st minute. A nice corner shot did that Aymerick Tourrette got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Faustin Papet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Youri Borderie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustin Papet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Youri Borderie in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as U.S.Normande's Youri Borderie slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Faustin Papet. That made the score 0-7 after 95 minutes of play. U.S.Normande played a much better game than Strasbourg City ⚜️ and deserved their victory. The Strasbourg City ⚜️ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
