The corner led Splash AC's Waldemar Vrejlev to fire away a dangerous shot which Heinrich Koldsbæk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thue Varmdorf to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Vangede's zone, Ernst Kjærvang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinrich Koldsbæk came out of the goal and Ernst Kjærvang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tomas Horsebøg fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vangede's protests and gave Tomas Horsebøg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Splash AC booed when Vangede was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Horsebøg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bertil Frydlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christoffer Ganwills showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Rognes in the 64th minute of the match. Ole Carstad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christoffer Ganwills. Splash AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaf Rognes in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christoffer Ganwills saved Splash AC from getting behind. Ernst Kjærvang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heinrich Koldsbæk having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vangede's Ole Carstad got a free kick in the 76th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Vangede's goalkeeper Heinrich Koldsbæk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bertil Frydlund. In the 81st match minute, Vangede was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karsten Flodman to maneuver through the defense. Splash AC's Ernst Kjærvang got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, Ole Carstad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vangede's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Splash AC the free kick. After 83 played minutes Vangede got a freekick which was hit by Ole Carstad. When Bertil Frydlund came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Splash AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Frydlund couldn't finish the play. Ernst Kjærvang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertil Frydlund's late challenge caught a Vangede's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bertil Frydlund helped the player get up and apologised.
