In the 45th minute Ernst Kjærvang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Druså saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thue Varmdorf to make the kick off. Ronnie Druså showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Kjærvang in the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to SofaRækken getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Reinhard Vedum hit a great ball. Ronnie Druså was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronnie Druså took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Pern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, SofaRækken's goal looked a bit too open when Thue Varmdorf came free, but Ronnie Druså reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Tage Pern left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Splash AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. When Abel Willum fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SofaRækken's protests and gave Abel Willum a yellow card for diving instead. Abel Willum hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Splash AC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
